Services
Usman Tayyab ("the developer") provides WordPress maintenance, security, performance optimization and custom development services as described on this site, either under a recurring maintenance plan or as a scoped project.
Billing & cancellation
Maintenance plans are billed on the selected cycle (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) with no long-term lock-in — cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. Project work is typically billed with a deposit and milestone payments as agreed in writing before work begins.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing necessary access credentials and for the legality of content hosted on their site. Access is used solely for the agreed scope of work.
Limitation of liability
While every reasonable precaution (backups, staging tests) is taken before changes are made, the developer is not liable for losses arising from pre-existing site issues, third-party plugin failures, or hosting outages outside their control.
Emergency support
Emergency support requests are handled on a best-effort priority basis; response-time targets by plan tier are listed on the pricing page and are not a guaranteed uptime SLA unless separately contracted.
